BLEND MISHKIN & ROOTS EVOLUTION

Έχοντας περάσει το μεγαλύτερο κομμάτι της επαγγελματικής του ζωής πίσω από έναν υπολογιστή, ένα πικάπ ή μια κονσόλα, ο Blend Mishkin, έχει συνεργαστεί με μεγάλα ονόματα της εγχώριας και παγκόσμιας μουσικής σκηνής και οι παραγωγές του έχουν τύχει αναγνώρισης από ραδιόφωνα σε όλο τον κόσμο, με συνεργασίες με τους Dub Pistols, Wax Tailor, Larry Gus, Sugahspank!

Το 2015 δημιούργησε τους Roots Evolution με μουσικούς από την Αθήνα και τον BNC (Jeff Gonzalez) στα φωνητικά με τους οποίους έχουν εμφανιστεί τόσο εντός Ελλάδας, όσο και σε μεγάλα φεστιβάλ της Ευρώπης. Ωστόσο, η ζωντανή του εμφάνιση στο Ηρώδειο το 2021 ήταν σταθμός στην 25ετή καριέρα του.

Το 2022 κυκλοφορεί το album “Unity of Opposites” όπου μαζί με τους Roots Evolution και guest καλλιτέχνες, ανακαλύπτουν νέες μουσικές, νέους ήχους και κατευθύνσεις που αποτυπώνει την δύναμη της reggae σκηνής στην Ελλάδα

LES SKARTOI

Η SKA το Rocksteady και η Reggae είναι ο τόπος συνάντησης της πολυμελής ορχήστρας όπου μέσα από τη μουσική εκφράζονται και εκφράζουν τους ρυθμούς της εκρηκτικής δεκαετίας του '60 με τον τρόπο που αυτή αντανακλάστηκε στο μικρο νησί της καραϊβικής.

Οι ¨Σκάρτοι" aka Les Skartoi! δεν μένουν μόνο στην αναβίωση και την αναπαραγωγή των ακουσμάτων που τους έχουν επηρεάσει ,αλλά συνεχίζουν παραγωγικά την παράδοση που έχουν αφήσει οι μεγαλύτεροι δημιουργοί του είδους.

Όλα τα χρόνια της μουσικής τους δραστηριότητας οι "Les SkartOi!" έχουν στο ενεργητικό τους αρκετές συναυλίες και μια σειρά παραγωγών με τελευταία το album "Twenty Four Hours".

Έχουν μοιραστεί τη σκηνή με Bad Manners, Thievery Corporation, Lee Perry, The Beat, Symarip, Aggrolites,Manu Chao, Neville Staples κ.α.

BLEND MISHKIN & ROOTS EVOLUTION

Having spent most of his professional life behind a computer, turntable or console, Blend Mishkin has collaborated with big names in the domestic and global music scene and his productions have been recognized by radio stations  around the world, with collaborations with Dub Pistols, Wax Tailor, Larry Gus, Sugahspank!

In 2015 he created Roots Evolution with musicians from Athens and BNC (Jeff Gonzalez) on vocals with whom they have performed both in Greece and in major festivals in Europe. However, his live performance at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus in 2021 was a milestone in his 25-year career.

In 2022, the album "Unity of Opposites" is released where together with Roots Evolution and guest artists, they discover new music, new sounds and directions that capture the power of the reggae scene in Greece

LES SKARTOI

SKA, Rocksteady and Reggae is the meeting place of the large orchestra where through music they express and express the rhythms of the explosive 60s in the way it was reflected on the small island of the Caribbean.

The "Skartoi" aka Les SkartOi! They do not stay only in the revival and reproduction of the sounds that have influenced them, but they continue productively the tradition left by the greatest creators of the genre.

Throughout the years of their musical activity "Les Skartoi!" have had several concerts and a series of productions to their credit, the latest being the album "Twenty Four Hours".

They have shared the stage with Bad Manners, Thievery Corporation, Lee Perry, The Beat, Symarip, Aggrolites, Manu Chao, Neville Staples and more.
